Successful organizations know how to look after these resources. They have a separate division for this purpose. But this well-meaning intention falls short of the goal. They look after only their physical well-being (sponsoring gym memberships, health funds and so on) and their intellectual development (regular training, management seminars, educational courses and what have you).

But an important link is missing - Training of the mind. Expensive employees are hired for their intellectual and mental capabilities. Do you know that physical and more importantly intellectual ability lose their efficiency and quality if the mind is not properly cultured? Clarity of vision, objectivity of thought and correct perception of situations is only available to a person with an equanimous, balanced yet alert and aware mind.

Stress is only a symptom of agitated mind. We, as NavConnection, demonstrate through theory and practice the art of managing the mental poise. We make use of the evolving new human resources technology of Mind-Body-Integration. Everyone has watched an athlete, a runner in an Olympic final of 100m race. Most of us, though, only remember the final, winning moment. Some, perhaps, recall her particular running style. Now, look closely. Just before the race starts, she is still. Apparently doing nothing. Her mind is still and she is running the race. In her mind. There, she has completed and won the race. Already. Now what happens after the starting pistol is fired is only the manifestation of that race. We only see that.
